Popular inflatables can book 1 or 2 months in advance. If you have a date in mind, reserve as early as possible. Remember if you cancel more than 14 days out we will fully refund your deposit or hold it for up to 1 year for reschedules. We appreciate as much notice as possible, but we will work with you if there are last minute bookings.
No food, candy, beverages, sharp objects, silly string, or pets are allowed in the inflatables. Dry rented inflatables are not to be wet at all. Keep water balloons, guns, hoses, or any wet objects away from dry inflatables. A $75 will be charged for any muddy or wet inflatable. If inflatable is deflated upon our arrival for pick-up, we will inflate for inspection. Never deflate unless there is an emergency or for overnight bookings. Please read our rental agreement carefully prior to your event. Our products are some of the most durable in the U.S., but safety and responsible playing must be a priority for the lessee.
Level grassy area is the safest and most preferred site. It is also best not to cut the grass 2 days prior to event. We will not set up on any steep inclines or near ledges. Inflatable may be set up level concrete, asphalt, or smooth hard surfaces for a fee of $20 per unit.
All rentals are up to 5 hours base time. We normally setup 1 to 2 hours prior to your event. This time is covered by the delivery/setup/takedown fee, if one applies. You will have up to the FULL 5 hours to enjoy. Additional hours are $25 each. Second day rentals and so on are 50% off the base cost for each extra day. We typically would not rent any inflatable out for more than 4 days straight. Please call, text, or email us if you have any questions.
20 Amp household outlet is sufficient per inflatable. If renting multiple items or items with 2 or more blowers, it is best to have each item on a separate breaker. We supply up to a 100' 12G extension cord and ask that nothing else be plug into the same outlet. If a generator is needed for items more than 100' away, we can provide one for a fee of $85 ( 1 Full tank of gas included). Please tell us in advance if a generator is needed as we do not normally carry them with us. For safety and the integrity of the blower we can not use extension cords below 12 gauge thickness or more than 100' in length.
Yes, a blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. We provide our own 12 gauge waterproof cords up to 100 ft in length to ensure safety & proper electricity flow. Never unplugged the blower unless heavy rain, wind, overnight use, or emergency. In such an event, turn off blower first and then unplug. Inflatables must be inflated at pick-up for inspection & wipe-down cleaning.
We are fully insured to setup at any public or private institution, no matter how big or small. You may be added as an additional insured if needed for a fee of $100. We take full responsibility for malfunctions or incidents during proper use. If the lessee and their attendants misuse the inflatables and do not follow noted safety rules, then the lessee assumes responsibility for any damage or injuries and a fee may apply.
In the event of strong winds (15MPH+), heavy rain, low temperatures 50 deg & under), or other severe weather conditions that may be unsafe to equipment or participants, our company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services. If our company cancels the services prior to arriving at the event, the customer will receive a full credit for the deposit which will be valid to use at anytime or a refund can be issued.. We will call the morning of the setup if inclement weather is expected. Once inflatables are set up there will be no refunds issued.

Yes all orders require a $100 Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you need to cancel, or can be used towards your booking for another date.
