A delivery window of up to 2 hours prior to your event will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We may need to delivery several hours early at no extra cost to assure all our bookings are delivered on time. On the day of delivery we will call 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled delivery time to confirm we are in transit. Upon delivery an adult must be present to sign the rental agreement and make payment, or we will not set up your inflatable. We will wait no more than 15 minutes after arrival to complete these transactions.

During set up we will go over the rules, inspect, and clean the inflatable. This is for your safety and to certify that your expectations of our inflatable are met. This may take more than 45 minutes so take this into account when booking and please be patient with us. THERE IS A $20 HARD SURFACE FEE PER ITEM IF SANDBAGS ARE NEEDED. Pick up will be at an agreed upon time (before sundown). Water product use must conclude 30 minutes prior to pick up for drying purposes. Depending on weather conditions we may need to pick up earlier than scheduled, i.e. high winds (15 mph or greater), heavy rain, lightning, hail, temps below 50°F, etc. We will always do the most we can do to assure you have your inflatable, but without any safety compromises.
